Over forty Seleners and friends attended the Selene Seattle Holiday Party at which I gave a talk and slide show of the leg of my circumnavigation. It was great to see all my Selene friends and hear about their cruising too.
My shark video was a hit
Janet did a fantastic job of arranging the event.
Of course the group had many quality questions and encouragement. Most are following this blog and seemed genuinely interested in such cruising. There is a group of Seleners planning a South Pacific Odyssey in 2012.
I encouraged each and every one of them to untie the lines and follow their dreams—they all have the boats to do it in.
